In 1969, a group of local builders and contractors launched the Dynamic Homes system-built concept. They built their first nine homes during 1970, and since then we have built more than 10,000 homes in the upper Midwest. Today, Dynamic Homes, LLC homes are sold through a network of authorized, independent builders across Minnesota, North and South Dakota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Nebraska.
