Quality system-built Dynamic Homes are constructed to the Minnesota Energy Code which is among the strictest in the country. Dynamic Homes has received a Tier 2 Energy Rating, the highest awarded, under Minnesota Power’s Triple E Program.
“The Triple E Certification requires several inspections as a home is being built, but with system-built homes like Dynamic Homes we can skip the first two inspections,” said Dean Talbott, Project Manager for Minnesota Power. “The air-tightness test ... shows that factory-built homes in general are built very tight,” Talbott concluded.
