The Dynamic Homes concept was initiated in 1969 by a group of local investors who were area builders and contractors. Their dream became a reality during 1970 when nine houses were built. Since 1970, Dynamic Homes has built more than 10,000 homes in the upper Midwest. Today, Dynamic Homes, LLC products are sold through a network of authorized, independent builders across a six state area that includes Minnesota, North and South Dakota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Nebraska.
